PROJECT

Since 1986 the Company's international focus has resulted in numerous, successful contracts in North America, Europe and Asia. In 1989, Hoggard International's work in the Soviet Union earned Bruce Hoggard a special Olympic medal and certificate for his work in the area of sports and fitness planning, marketing and coordination.

This success resulted in contracts with other companies in Singapore and resulted in a Hoggard International marketing team winning second place in a Singapore marketing competition for Sentosa, a local tourism destination. The Hoggard International team was the only international team to qualify.

In 1991-1992, Hoggard International established its presence in Singapore when Bruce worked with the Singapore Sports Council helping to create a sport marketing division with in the Council.

For the past 12 years, Hoggard International has researched, planned, arranged and lead more than 30 trade missions for Canadian, American, Asian and European clients. The trade missions have visited Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, India, Sri Lanka, Russia, Thailand, England, Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Denmark and China to name a few. Each year Hoggard International works on-up-to four major international projects, helping companies to prepare and enter foreign markets.

Using Hoggard International's personnel and strategies to develop its European market, a Saskatchewan food company won the 2001 Canada Export Award, a first for a Saskatchewan company. Previously to this in 1999, Hoggard International won the Business Excellence Award for Canada, for its professional and export work in greater China (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore). Presented by the Hong Kong Canadian Chamber of Commerce it was, once again, a first for a Saskatchewan Company.

The Tennessee Children's Dance Ensemble used the company's network and services to help perform in Singapore and Indonesia in 1996. Then in 1997 Singapore's Liang Court Shopping Mall retained Hoggard International to help with its Christmas shopping promotion which involved taking a Canadian Aboriginal dance troupe to perform on in the Mall. Hoggard International was also recognized as one of the sponsors for its contribution to the Promotion.

More recently, in 2002, a German company seeking to enter the Asian market through Singapore retained Hoggard International to assist. Within 48 hours Hoggard International had arranged a meeting with the largest distributor in Singapore. Flying to Singapore to meet with them, Bruce arranged a test market for the German company's product, a first for the region and the German client.

It is this Hoggard International team, recognized by and the recipient of awards from the Canadian, Russian and Singapore governments, who will assist your company in entering new markets in Europe, Asia or North America.
