Dr. Rohith Gerald Delilkhan did his PhD at the University of Konstanz in Germany in the Liberal Arts and also completed a degree progam in Business Administration in Switzerland.

Dr. Delilkhan has lived and worked in East and Southeast Asia, and in Western Europe. He set up an international MBA program for Strathclyde University on behalf of Coopers & Lybrand in Switzerland, and designed an MBA program in Marketing for Europe and the Asia Pacific. A major focus of his work has been corporate culture in Eastern and Western organizations. Gerald works across German speaking Europe and Southeast Asia providing market entry opportunities for companies into those regions and training and consultancy in the fields of cross cultural management and international business development, especially with regard to customers, partners and acquisitions.
